Job Description:

This SERVICE / WAREHOUSE MANAGER Position Features:

Responsible for plant operation and maintenance to deliver top quality products, short lead times, on time delivery, maximize efficiency and up time.

Will establish plant manufacturing policies and procedures.

Will establish and maintain community relations.

Facilitate work and insure a safe work environment.

Will optimize plant operation cost and meet operating budget and improve production yields.

In addition; Direct and coordinate plant production operations within company policies and procedures.

Manage all plant functions in the utmost ethical manner (start with treating employees well)

Track plant performance and constantly improve housekeeping, EH&S, Quality, Lead Time, Service (on-time delivery), and direct labor efficiency.
