Support Agent Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical
support to the sales team to ensure smooth campaign operations.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
that empower field representatives to close deals effectively.
Manage and maintain accurate customer records, sales data, and
order information within the CRM system. Process sales contracts
and paperwork with precision while ensuring compliance with company
and Verizon guidelines. Collaborate with internal departments and
other Sales Support Agents to facilitate timely service activations
and resolve service-related issues. Address customer inquiries
regarding billing and account status, escalating complex issues to
the appropriate teams. Generate performance reports and analyze
sales data to support strategy discussions and identify key trends.
Stay informed on all Verizon products, promotions, and policies to
offer accurate and up-to-date support.
