Sales and Marketing Representative Responsibilities: Build and maintain customer relationships with business owners by delivering outstanding customer service and promoting AT&T products Develop a deep understanding of products and services to effectively educate and advise customers on their benefits. Serve as the primary contact for both new and existing customers, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience. Troubleshoot and resolve account issues, offering solutions that meet their business objectives. Handle customer account maintenance requests and upsell relevant products to enhance client value. Provide insightful business advice and recommendations improving customers service and retention of product Collaborate with the sales team to suggest improvements that increase sales and customer satisfaction.
