Job Description:

Solar Installers will support the Lead/Foreman with the installation of racking components, photovoltaic modules for commercial installations. Will be doing full cycle installations- installing the systems from the ground- up (laying out panels, wire management).Job Responsibilities:

• Will be moving materials around site
• Carrying racking and panels
• Ability to carry 50lbs+ repetitively
• Use small hand tools to assemble racking system. Tools such as sockets and wrenches will be used.
• Assemble racking systems for the solar panels; attaching panels to the foundation piers using bolts tightened with wrenches/sockets to desired torque requirements.Qualifications--- Solar experience is preferred but NOT a requirement. Training is provided--- Ability to read blue prints and/or understand layout as instructed.--- Follow company safety policies, while working within OSHA safety regulations.--- Ability to use power tools and basic hand tools.--- Knowledge of basic construction math and experience reading a measuring tape.--- Reliable transportation.Apply for immediate consideration.
