We are seeking a temporary Data Analyst to support Wonderful Education's ongoing departmental needs and contribute to the continuous improvement of our capabilities. This position will support ongoing data and analysis activities in the form of staff augmentation while permanent staff is on scheduled leave of absence. The Data Analyst will also own specific improvement projects related to management dashboards, executive reporting, and data capture quality, and have the opportunity to identify and execute on independent initiatives such as predictive analytics.

Job Description

The role; The Campus Supervisor, under the supervision and direction of the Senior Director of Operations, in accordance with the school's management plan, shall have responsibilities for, but not limited to, the following:

Essential Job Functions:

Establish rapport with faculty and students to maintain and enhance a positive school environment
Support a positive school culture and school's positive behavior expectations across the campus
Supervise and direct student movement as needed
Monitor general campus, parking lots and adjacent areas to ensure the safety and wellbeing of students and staff
Report unauthorized or suspicious persons, vehicles and activities to administrative staff
Notifies the administrative staff, police, fire department and other appropriate authorities of security or emergency situations
Assists with fire drills and other emergency building evacuations
Assist in de-escalation with students as needed
Redirect all visitors back to main office for visitor registration
Work with school administrators and officials in handling series students' offenses
Maintain security records, logs and reports
Attend and successfully complete all staff development trainings
Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Requirements-Qualifications: Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent
One to two years' experience providing supervision to middle or high school students preferred
Ability to communicate and work effectively with students, families, and staff of diverse ethnic, racial, cultural, educational, and economic backgrounds.
Ability to successfully pass a background check (including fingerprints) upon official offer and acceptance of a position with WCPA.
COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption.

Skills, Knowledge :

Communicate effectively, oral and written forms.
Problem solve and work as collaborative team member
Knowledge of school safety practices-preferred
Knowledge of appropriate de-escalation strategies- preferred
Keep and maintain accurate records and communicate in oral and written form.
