Job Description:
Compass Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated physical
therapist at San Luis Post Acute located in beautiful San Luis
Obispo. San Luis Post Acute provides 5-star skilled nursing care
while maintaining a family and home-like environment. Under the
referral of a physician, the Physical Therapist will evaluate and
create treatment plans based on the resident's needs and abilities
for treatment. The ideal candidate will have prior long-term care
