Job Description Physical Therapist San Francisco, CA Salary: $112,247 – $128,752 $20K Sign-On Bonus Full Time Benefits Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Day Shift Highlights $20,000 Sign-On Bonus Salary up to $128K No nights or weekends FREE medical, dental, vision for employee & family 401(k) with company contribution Work in a PACE program supporting older adults Collaborative interdisciplinary care team Responsibilities Conduct physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide rehabilitation therapy and mobility training Educate participants and caregivers on exercise and safety Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team (IDT) Document care in the electronic health record (Epic) Provide home visits when needed Requirements Licensed Physical Therapist – California Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree approved by the CA Board of Physical Therapy BLS & First Aid certification If you're interested in learning more, apply or reach out to connect.
