Job Description: This is a Nurse Shift Manager position. The
traveler must have strong Charge RN experience or management
experience. Nurse Shift Managers (NSMs) will take patients and
provide direct patient care when necessary. They will fulfill the
Charge Nurse role, manage the department, and support the team by
assisting with duties such as triaging ambulance patients, starting
IVs, and administering medications as needed within the department.
Responsibilities: Take on patient assignments and provide direct
care. Manage the department and fulfill the Charge Nurse role.
Assist with triaging ambulance patients and starting IVs.
Administer medications and provide support wherever required.
Requirements: Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS
are required. Experience as a Charge RN or in a management role is
necessary. Ability to float between facilities and adapt to
