Job Description Job Description Wellness Navigator – Santa Barbara We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Wellness Navigator to join our supportive, patient?focused clinic in Santa Barbara. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people, enjoys meaningful patient interaction, and thrives in a team?oriented environment. About the Role As a Wellness Navigator, you’ll help patients understand their care plans, connect them with community resources, and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients, so strong customer service skills and a warm, welcoming personality are essential. Pay $25/hour What You’ll Do Guide patients through their care plans and answer questions Connect patients with community programs, benefits, and available resources Support patients in navigating appointments, follow-ups, and basic health system processes Answer incoming calls and assist with general front?office needs Maintain accurate documentation and provide clear communication to the care team Help create a positive, patient-centered clinic experience What We’re Looking For Bilingual (English/Spanish required) Strong customer service experience Friendly, patient, and excellent at communication Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Previous healthcare or administrative experience preferred, but not required Someone who loves teamwork and contributing to a supportive environment Why You’ll Love Working Here Warm, collaborative, team?oriented atmosphere Chance to genuinely help patients feel informed and supported Opportunities to grow your skills and make a real impact Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Barbara, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
