Schedule: 5–6 shifts/month Valley Women’s Healthcare Medical Group
is looking for a Board-Certified OB/GYN Hospitalist to join their
collaborative and patient-focused team in beautiful Fresno,
California ! This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a stable
schedule, meaningful work, and the chance to contribute in a Level
II NICU hospital environment alongside a multidisciplinary team.
Position Highlights: Provide inpatient obstetrical care in a busy
hospital setting with Level II NICU 5–6 twenty-four-hour shifts per
month (7 AM – 7 AM), including weekends No on-call duties! Avg. 4–5
deliveries per shift (majority vaginal, approx. 25% C-section) Care
for ~13–14 patients daily across inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and
clinic EPIC EMR used for all documentation Holiday coverage earns a
premium ??? Candidate Requirements: ? Board Certified in Obstetrics
& Gynecology (No BE or lapsed certification candidates) ? Active CA
license or application in progress ? BLS, ACLS, DEA certification –
Required prior to start ? COVID-19 vaccination – Required ? Minimum
delivery experience required Candidates must disclose
malpractice/license history NPDB Self-Query – Required Visa support
available (J1/H1B considered) Not open to providers commuting long
distances (>30 minutes) or working multiple jobs concurrently
Preferred Experience: 1–5 years in a similar OB hospitalist role
Strong comfort level with vaginal and C-section deliveries
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented hospital setting
