Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Nights Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX Must-Have: Must have been a charge RN in the last assignment Description: This position is a blend of charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities. The clinician provides on-shift leadership to ensure safe, high-quality, and compassionate patient care while supporting staff and promoting a positive work environment. They round on patients, address service or safety concerns, and serve as a resource for both clinical and interpersonal issues. The clinician will also take charge nurse assignments as needed, depending on census and staffing levels. Cancellation Policy: The hospital can cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, 3 shifts for assignments that are less than 13 weeks. The hospital may also pay full hours for a particular shift in lieu of cancellation.
