Because there is no local competition , we are currently referring patients out of the community-meaning you will have an instant, full patient base and a rapid ramp-up from day one. The Practice: Focus: General "Bread & Butter" ENT. Volume: 15-20 patients per day; minimal pediatrics ( Schedule: 3-5 clinic days; 2 dedicated OR days per week. Support: Dedicated Front/Back Office and a Referral Coordinator. Facilities: One office and coverage at two local hospitals. The Compensation & Benefits: Financials: 2-year Income Guarantee, transitioning to high-earning Productivity. Bonus: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus. Time Off: 6 weeks of annual vacation.
