the practice of hospice and palliative care, is seeking a Hospice
Professional Development Specialist - Social Work Educator (LCSW)
to join our team.Under the direction of the Director of Education,
the Professional Development Specialist, Social Work Educator is
responsible for co-designing curriculum, conducting training
sessions, and providing mentorship to ensure medical social workers
are well-equipped to support patients, families, and healthcare
teams. This role involves providing ongoing support to ensure best
practices in social work. The Professional Development Specialist,
SW Educator, under the direction of the Director of Education is
responsible for the education and implementation of standards of

2023.Compensation $93,600 - $101,920 annuallyGenerous benefits

are not limited to:A graduate of a Masters program in Social Work
accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. License
REQUIRED.Minimum of one years experience in health care, hospice
experience required. Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of
death/dying.Experience in a hospice or palliative home care
preferred.Must have a valid drivers license and a willingness to
use personal vehicle in the course of employment.Must show proof of
automobile insurance, proof of current auto registration and
acceptable driving record.Ability to meet the physical demands of
the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 10 lbs.)If you are a person
