Repair and Customer Service Coordinator is our primary contact for
all After-Sales-Service SENSORS customers, and as such you thrive
by servicing our customers through a variety of duties. Act as
liaison for the Customer between Engineering, Sales, Service,
Production, Quality and Shipping. Supply RMAs as needed in response
to tickets or phone calls for Sensor products. Transfer information
to Service if more details are required prior to issuing an RMA for
return. Coordinate with service once they supply equipment
disposition. Process warranty and non-warranty orders per the
Service departments findings. Process customer credits per the
existing processes and coordinate service trip quotes and process
service trip invoices. Back up Customer Service as needed.
Determine customer requirements, prepare quotations for standard
and custom products, perform quote follow-ups, develop
opportunities and respond daily to enquiries from our website and
other sources. Schedule & coordinate Service trips as required.
Correspond with customers via phone and email to submit order
acknowledgments, non-conformance reports, return authorizations and
credit issues. Must be familiar with all customer specific
agreements, terms and programs (shipping, payment, Kanban,
inspections, etc.) Able to communicate the details of each with
Engineering, Sales and Production in weekly meetings or as needed.
Enter RMA orders into Oracle, send order acknowledgements, change
orders in the system, document retention, expedite orders with
Production, follow order until the Customer receives it. Position
Requirements: High School diploma required; Associates degree in
Business, Marketing preferred Training and/or experience in a
technical discipline highly desirable 1 years’ previous similar
experience Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is
a must Self-motivated, able to work with little supervision Strong
organizational skills Must be able to multi-task Proven
relationship builder with all levels of co-workers and customers.
Able to work within a team. General technical skills (how to read a
drawing and spec sheet, knowledge of engineering terms helpful)
Previous experience with MRP software helpful; Oracle preferred
