Job Description Job Description PM We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial foodservice projects from contract through closeout. This role involves planning, procurement, financial oversight, and field coordination to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, schedule, and budget Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and field crews Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and safety documentation Oversee procurement, logistics, and equipment delivery Track job costing and prepare monthly billing Maintain comprehensive project documentation and closeout packages Qualifications: 5 years in project management or coordination within construction or equipment contracting Experience with commercial kitchen or foodservice projects Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, and change order processes Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and advanced Excel skills Ability to read architectural, mechanical, and electrical drawings Excellent communication and organizational skills Benefits: Competitive salary bonus potential Health, dental, and life insurance Paid time off and holidays Career growth in a collaborative, fast-paced environment - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
