Synergy companies are looking for a new HVAC install helper to join our Fresno team. Qualifications: Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields preferred Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams Ability to handle physical workload Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills High School graduate EPA certification (REQUIRED) Understanding of rules, regulations, and codes Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, or/and kneel continually Responsibilities: Install new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance requests Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Test and sealing of ducting system Provide necessary support to other team members to be able to complete task on time Benefits: 401k after 1 year of employment Medical insurance at no cost for the employee Out of pocket for their dependents (discounted) Vision insurance Dental insurance Vacation 40hrs. per year eligible after 1 year of employment 5 days paid sick time
