detail-oriented MS4 Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Luis
Obispo, California. In this long-term contract role, you will be
responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient entry of data into
various systems while maintaining a high level of precision. This
position is ideal for individuals with strong organizational
skills, excellent typing speed, and the ability to work
independently. Responsibilities: • Accurately input data from
multiple sources into designated computer databases. • Maintain and
update records in customer tracking systems with precision. •
Verify the accuracy of entered data and resolve discrepancies as
needed. • Handle sensitive information securely and in compliance
with organizational standards. • Collaborate with team members to
ensure database integrity and efficiency. • Use Microsoft Word to
create and edit documents as required. • Monitor and report on data
entry progress to supervisors. • Adhere to deadlines and prioritize
tasks effectively to meet organizational goals. • Ensure compliance
with all data entry protocols and procedures. • Provide support and
assistance with administrative tasks as necessary.• Proven
experience in a data entry role with a focus on accuracy and speed.
• Proficiency in alphanumeric data entry and familiarity with
database systems. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and basic
computer applications. • Ability to type at least 60 words per
minute with high accuracy. • Excellent attention to detail and
organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information
with professionalism. • Effective communication skills to
collaborate with team members. • Self-motivated and capable of
working independently under minimal supervision.
